KopiaKollektiva Association

KopiaKollektiva is a newly established association, officially operating from January 4, 2021. It is based in Havadtő, a small village in Mureş County, Transylvania, Romania. Its aim is to promote and educate contemporary photography and experimental motion pictures in regions and settlements where works of contemporary art rarely or not reach at all.

His activities are mainly related to the fields of visual culture, in the form of photo exhibitions, film screenings, online photo courses, workshops, roundtable discussions, lectures and creative camps. In addition to the transfer of photographic knowledge, KopiaKollektiva places great emphasis on the acquisition of an artistic approach, a creative attitude, as well as nurturing talent, self-knowledge and social sensitization. We consider it important to work with different co-arts, to work together, especially with contemporary literature, music and the art of movement. Environmental protection is of paramount importance to us, we strive for sustainability and environmental awareness, we look for opportunities to collaborate with creative groups and organizations that are receptive to the topic.

We have plenty of plans and hope for him to meet the challenges of the year ahead.
